This role provides an opportunity to improve product performance and customer experience by working closely with dealers and product groups.

The Technical Representative will be the primary conduit for product performance and problem management within an assigned territory, reporting to a Product Support Manager.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including dealers, customers, and product groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous product improvement (CPI) and assist product groups in prioritizing CPI initiatives.
  • Provide required commercial impact statements, Voice of Customer, and Dealer feedback to support product development.
  • Lead product problem management discussions with dealers and customers to resolve issues and improve product performance.
  • Support execution of product performance improvement initiatives at target sites.
  • Manage service and commercial goodwill support administration across allocated dealers and customers.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and new market introductions (NMI) in the allocated territory.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a field position.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with others in the work group, dealer personnel, and customers.
  • Proven ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with dealers, customers, and product groups to meet deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be willing and able to travel both internationally and locally.
