We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient experiences through personalized support and guidance.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work closely with our clinicians to ensure seamless care delivery and outstanding patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include managing clinic operations efficiently, including booking appointments, handling billing, and maintaining accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical reception or customer service.
  • Previous experience as a clinician secretary in OBGYN is highly advantageous.
  • Strong background in the health industry, with knowledge of Medicare and private health billing preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including proficiency in Clinic2Cloud and/or Genie software or equivalent practice management systems.
