We are a leading liquor wholesaler in Australia, supplying premium beer, wine, and spirits to venues across the country.
As our business continues to expand, we're seeking an experienced warehouse manager to oversee afternoon shift operations and keep our supply chain running smoothly.
- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee and guide warehouse staff in day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Productivity Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
- Cross-Department Communication: Act as a key liaison between the warehouse and other departments, as well as with customers.
- Process Improvement: Continuously develop and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Management: Create rosters, manage employee time and attendance, and conduct management meetings to address any concerns.
- Training and Development: Onboard and train new warehouse team members, ensuring all training materials are up to date.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management of warehouse staff with the support of upper management.
- Incident Reporting: Manage and report any incidents in the warehouse, ensuring prompt action and adherence to company procedures.

- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of warehouse best practices and safety requirements
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualifications in business, logistics, or related field will be highly regarded
