Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions within our organization. This includes:

  • Utilizing social media networks and professional platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Reviewing resumes and portfolios to pre-screen candidates and ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
  • Developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals to draw upon for future recruitment needs.
  • Logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
  • Measuring and reporting on recruitment metrics, including source of hire and time-to-fill.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management Software.
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly business email writing knowledge.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
