We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to lead our rehabilitation services. This role offers the opportunity for exposure to diverse customers, complex cases, and career progression.
About the Role
- Assist injured individuals in their recovery and return to work and life following injury or illness
- Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
- Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge
- Interact with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
About You
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for injured clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress
