Commercial Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Brand Manager to lead our retail incontinence portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on commercial performance, managing their own profit and loss statement and driving consumer engagement.
- Develop and execute a 3–5 year brand and category strategy for our retail portfolio
- Lead the development of overall brand communication strategy
- Drive campaign development and execution across TV, digital, social, and point of sale
- Own new product development strategy and deliver innovation with local and global teams
- Translate consumer and category insights into actionable brand plans
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods
- Strong capabilities across the 6Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place
- Data analysis skills
- Experience with SAP
- Best-practice FMCG training
