We are seeking a highly experienced commercial strategist to drive growth across new markets, channels, and customer segments.

  • \
  • Design, test, and refine commercial models with the goal of improving customer lifetime value\
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across relevant functions to execute strategic initiatives\
  • Deliver robust financial modelling to support market expansion strategies\
  • Evaluate and revise business cases to reduce risk and optimise return on investment\
  • Guide pricing strategy, cost-to-serve, and customer acquisition models\
  • Act as an SME in value selling and commercial logic, coaching and mentoring team members as required\
  • Provide advice and reporting to senior management on key metrics\
  • Monitor and revise forecasting based on performance and market trends, maintaining agility

Requirements:

  • \
  • 5+ years' experience in a commercially strategic role (SaaS or B2B preferred)\
  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams\
  • High-level expertise in designing and implementing models and strategies\
  • Demonstratable experience launching/scaling go-to-market initiatives\
  • Advanced modelling skills using Excel or other analytical tools\
  • An understanding of SaaS economics and customer value frameworks\
  • Exposure to negotiation and analysis of partnerships and commercial deals
