Graduate Building Surveyor and Compliance Specialist

This role offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in building surveying and compliance.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, draft compliance notices, and refer matters to relevant authorities as needed.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, investigate real building compliance matters, and assess code triggers.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification from a tertiary institution and hold full working rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and interpret legislation, codes, approvals, and related regulations.
  • Join officers on-site to conduct inspections, investigate real building compliance matters, and assess building code triggers.
  • Prepare reports, draft compliance notices, and refer matters to the relevant authority where necessary.

The selected graduate will gain exposure to every corner of building regulation, understand the full process from investigation through to enforcement, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
