We are seeking experienced professionals to join our project team, based in Cambridge, TAS. This role is ideal for someone with a background in telecommunications, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare site works, including walk-outs, scoping, and scheduling to ensure construction activities are well-organised and run smoothly.
  • Lead and support teams on-site, working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively, providing clear guidance, escalating issues when needed, and keeping clients and supervisors informed.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and resources by overseeing HSE practices, checking work standards, and ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed.

About You
A relevant trade qualification with experience in a supervisory role is essential. Telecommunications knowledge (advantageous) and civil construction background (e.g., directional drilling, ploughing, open trenching) would be beneficial. The willingness to travel across the state is required.
