
Workforce Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Tasmania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time frames. They will facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling, with knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia preferred. They must be professional and confident in speaking with customers and clients, with basic to medium competency level using MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook.
The role is a fixed-term contract ending January 2026, located in Mornington or Hobart. Flexible work arrangements are available. The Team Leader will provide guidance and support throughout the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time frames
- Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems
- Conduct regular outbound calls to customers and other parties
- Identify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work orders
- Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing
- Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases
- Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling
- Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia preferred.
- Professional and confident speaking with customers and clients
- Basic to medium competency level using MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- High level attention to detail
