Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Advisor to join our Shepparton branch. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and digital channels.
  • Educate customers on our online platforms and tools, ensuring they feel confident in managing their finances.
  • Recommend relevant products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Build strong relationships with the community, fostering connections that drive business growth and social responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing technology and processes.
Benefits:

Location:

The successful candidate will be based at our Shepparton branch, working a permanent part-time schedule of 4 days per week (60 hours per fortnight). The roster includes weekdays from 08:45am to 05:15pm, with Wednesday's off.
