The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate who can excel in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the key link between our customers and the business, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other methods of contact.

You will work closely with Site Managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
