An opportunity has presented for an Export Team Leader to join and lead their dedicated team in coordinating export orders to worldwide customers:

  • Liaising with official organisations to ensure export documentation meets importing country requirements
  • Assisting traders and finance department with enquiries on document, shipment status, invoice, or other matter relating to imports, domestic, and distribution business
  • Coordinating the loading of containers with warehouse and transport companies, and lodging PRAs once containers are loaded
  • Liaising with shipping lines for B/Ls and freight invoices
  • Lodging documents with bank - L/C and bank draft
  • Keeping customers, suppliers, and stakeholders informed on schedules and updates for all files (e.g., booking & shipment schedules, document dispatch & change requirements)
About You:

- At least 5 years experience in an Export role

- Previous experience in agri-business/commodities industry highly desired but not essential

- Leadership experience or willingness to lead a team

- Strong administrative background

- Intermediate-advanced MS Office skills particularly Excel

- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

- A proactive, can-do attitude

You must have previous experience with export documentation preparation and demonstrate high attention to detail working in an exporter. Ability to work effectively in a close team environment and multitask required.
