Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety professional to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing programs across our organisation.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned expert in occupational health and safety to shape our approach to workplace wellbeing, partnering with teams across the business to create a safe and inclusive work environment.

  • Developing and implementing effective health and safety strategies that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with leaders and staff to embed a culture of safety and wellbeing into everything we do.
  • Mentoring a small team of HSW professionals to deliver responsive solutions and support the growth of their skills and knowledge.
  • Designing and delivering proactive HSW programs and risk management initiatives to mitigate risks and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in occupational health and safety, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as the CHSP or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in health and safety leadership, coaching, and mentoring, preferably in a similar role within an organisation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.
  • A passion for promoting workplace wellbeing and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive work environment.
