Workplace Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build experience and expertise in occupational hygiene assessments, HSR training, incident investigations, audits, and people-focused OHS solutions.

  • Dive into occupational hygiene assessments and exposure monitoring
  • Deliver engaging HSR training (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Lead or support ICAM-based incident investigations
  • Conduct audits across ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001
  • Work closely with clients to deliver practical OHS solutions
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Occupational Hygiene Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation
  • HSR Training: Deliver high-quality training sessions to employees on health, safety, and return-to-work procedures
  • Incident Investigations: Lead or support investigations into workplace incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • OHS Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective OHS solutions that meet their unique needs
