About the Position:

  • Coordinate plastering, painting, and carpentry works across various restoration and building projects
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, insurance assessors, and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with all OH&S requirements and building regulations
  • Provide regular progress updates, identify issues, and ensure completion of tasks to the Project Manager

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or higher-level relevant qualification
  • Previous experience in supervising building trades, particularly in restoration or insurance work
  • Strong understanding of plastering, painting, and carpentry methods and standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
