Inventory Solutions Professional

Overview

As a proactive and customer-focused Inventory Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver innovative inventory solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

This is a hands-on and field-based role with access to company resources and support to ensure your success across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing tailored inventory solutions
  • Implement and manage systems like vending machines, vendor-managed inventory, and onsite storage
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Coach site facilitators and ensure inventory areas are well-maintained
  • Travel to customer and regional sites as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer site policies

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years in a similar role, with 3–5 years in the industry
  • Secondary education required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building
  • Commercial acumen and proposal writing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
