
Global Supply Chain Specialist

This logistics role supports the maintenance of F414 Engines for a government contract. You will be part of a team delivering supply chain solutions while driving process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing inventory reports across multiple tools
- Analysing inventory levels to support engine production by collaborating with stakeholders
- Coordinating customer requests and transportation
- Tracking repair items to ensure program forecasts are met
- Coordinating international shipments, including customs clearance and delivery to warehouses
- Monitoring freight movements and resolving any issues or delays
- Implementing strategies to manage supply chain inventory levels
- 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, preferably covering imports and distribution
- Australian Citizenship at time of application
- Possession of an Australian Defence Security Clearance – Baseline essential, NV1 preferable
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP tracking systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities, excellent conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts and graphs, knowledge of formulas, familiarity with conditional formatting and data analysis tasks
