Job Description:

The Australian Electoral Commission is seeking a Physical Security and Governance expert to join their team. The successful candidate will provide specialist security advice and assistance on all aspects of physical and governance protective security.

This role involves leading and managing large work packages, project management skills are essential. You will coordinate with stakeholders to implement integrated security systems in accordance with the Physical security management guidelines and other relevant policies and procedures.

You must have sound knowledge and experience to communicate decisions using professional judgement, evaluating risks in a complex and changing threat environment.

This is a busy and challenging role where your expertise will enhance the Physical Security and Governance outcomes for the AEC.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide specialist security advice and assistance.
  • Project management skills to lead a large body of work.
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge and experience to communicate decisions.
