Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist - Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing early intensive therapy as well as occupational therapy services and other developmental or learning needs for children between the ages of 2-18 years.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Occupational Therapy assessments, develop and implement therapy plans for any speech and language referrals.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs.
- Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in creating efficiency and meeting targets.
- Flexible and autonomous work environment.
- Manage your own schedule and clients.
- Benefit of referrals from our Paediatricians.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
