We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a customer service environment and assist individuals with complaints and disputes.

As a member of our Business Assurance team, you will play a key role in managing case loads of disputes, learning how to manage investigations through to resolution, and driving service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex disputes
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to draft clear and concise complaint resolutions
