Job Title: Field Delivery Service Manager

This is a senior-level leadership position responsible for the coordination, execution, and management of temporary power generation rental solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services, with a proven track record of leading field service operations or project management.

  • Manage all aspects of field delivery operations for power generation rental equipment, including generators, transformers, load banks, and associated electrical distribution gear.
  • Lead, schedule, and support a team of field technicians to ensure reliable and on-time installation and setup of power solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.

Main Responsibilities: Conduct site assessments, determine appropriate equipment sizing and configurations, and oversee field installations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during transportation, setup, and operation.

Additional Duties: Manage inventory and readiness of equipment, tools, and vehicles required for field operations, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite, and maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and customer interactions using service management software.

Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, HV transformers, and temporary power systems, excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: Experience in emergency response or rapid deployment power services, electrical trade certification, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving approach.
