Cloud and Infrastructure Support Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional support across a broad spectrum of cloud and infrastructure technologies.

  • Identify and resolve incidents impacting customer services within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Analyze, plan, and test service changes for customer environments
  • Provide proactive updates throughout the case lifecycle, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Act as a customer advocate, simplifying complex vendor and technical interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Evaluate and manage carrier relationships for service-affecting issues
  • Participate in on-call and dispatch rotations to ensure timely support
  • Develop and maintain technical proficiency through ongoing learning and certification
  • Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and continuous improvement

We are seeking a candidate with 1+ year's experience in a Service Desk or technical support role, entry-level certification or experience with technologies such as VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp, Veeam, Microsoft 365, and more. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning and growing their technical knowledge, strong customer focus with a desire to exceed expectations, experience mentoring or supporting team members, excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
