
Technical Expert for Genesys Cloud Applications

The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong background in Genesys Cloud and related applications.
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including support tickets, onboarding, enhancements, vendor management, and project delivery.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Genesys Cloud, troubleshooting issues, managing moves/adds/changes, and supporting staff onboarding.
- Owning the relationship with vendors, including contractual accountabilities, monthly reviews, and driving new initiatives.
- Managing the application roadmap, gathering business requirements, and leading enhancements from concept to BAU-including user training and change management.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Service & Experience, Contact Centre, Insurance & Claims, and more to ensure the platform supports business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud (minimum 3 years in a similar role)
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor relationship skills
- Excellent documentation, analysis, and communication abilities
- Experience managing application roadmaps, enhancements, and support
- The ability to balance technical detail with business impact, always considering the end-user experience
