Job Title: VMware Cloud Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMware Cloud Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs) and clusters in production environments.
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment, implementation and upgrade of VMware VCF solutions, including installation, configuration and integration of VMware technologies such as vSphere, vSAN, NSX and Aria Suite.
  • Create and write detailed test cases to cover functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security and usability.
  • Provide high-level support for system-related issues and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Test, debug and diagnose faults in VCF applications using defect management tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on VMware VCF and work closely with customers to gather requirements, explain features and capabilities and align solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of extensive experience with VMware technologies, particularly vSphere, vSAN, NSX and Aria Suite, in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and experience deploying and managing full-stack solutions on VCF.
  • Technical proficiency with virtualization, cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure components.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, PowerShell or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • VMware Certifications such as VCP, VCAP or VCDX are highly desirable.

As a VMware Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for designing, deploying and managing virtual machines and clusters in production environments. You will lead the end-to-end deployment, implementation and upgrade of VMware VCF solutions and provide high-level support for system-related issues.
