Corporate Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's corporate strategy and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel engagement initiatives and managing promotional budgets and projects.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: You will work closely with senior leaders and diverse teams to align marketing strategies and communicate brand strategy to the sales force.
  • Lead the Sales Council: You will lead the Sales Council, enhancing brand execution through field visits and engaging with the sales team.
  • Manage Product Communication: You will manage product communication and brand image while ensuring compliance with relevant marketing guidelines.
  • Oversee Market Research Projects: You will oversee market research projects, develop product campaigns, and gather feedback on marketing materials and strategies through field visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science is required. Consultancy experience is desired.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and dialogue skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, are essential.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently in an international, cross-functional team environment is crucial.
  • Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with senior leaders is necessary.
  • Strong Business Understanding: Strong cross-functional business understanding, including knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, is required.
