Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to cover a 12-month maternity leave in our Talent Acquisition team.

This role requires strong relationship building skills, collaboration with a diverse team of recruiters and stakeholders, and delivering on talent objectives.

  • Be the key point person for all recruitment activities.
  • Build trust and relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition process of sourcing, attraction, engagement, screening, hiring, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year(s) of in-house recruiting experience within a global or hyper-growth company in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
