We are looking for a sales professional to join our team as a customer service representative.
Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers leave our stores with a positive experience.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about sports and have a strong interest in customer service.
You will be responsible for providing technical advice to customers on sports-related products, managing stock levels, pricing and merchandising to provide an excellent shopping experience, working efficiently on customer checkouts and managing deliveries of stock and goods.
