Key Responsibilities
  • Drive deal execution and portfolio management activities
  • Coordinate investment structuring and support review of business opportunities
  • Collaborate with fund management teams to facilitate capital calls, cash distributions, investor and regulatory reporting
  • Represent the organization and engage with internal groups and external advisors to address operational issues
  • Manage ad hoc requests from senior management, including data management and reporting
  • Support senior members on asset management activities and reviews
  • Facilitate information requests from internal and regulatory stakeholders
Requirements
  • More than 6 years of experience in financial services, specifically in private equity and principal investments
  • Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge across multiple asset classes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
