
Business Growth Specialist

As a Relationship Manager, you will drive regional revenue and growth through exceptional customer service, connecting customers to products, and effective risk management. You will manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, providing value across Agri, Commercial, and Small Business channels in each regional market.

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime
Key Responsibilities- Maximise visibility of our brand throughout the region by actively promoting the company at public events.
- Manage our relationship with customers within your assigned portfolio tier.
- Support improvements and monitor relevant customer satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio.
- Assist with understanding of and meeting of holistic customer needs as well as lending needs and collaborate across channels to meet customer needs.
- Design, implement and monitor an annual portfolio business, marketing, and business plan to achieve desired portfolio growth.
- Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to drive a 'one team' approach ensuring support and service delivery as well as achieving customer and business needs.
- Provide development opportunities for staff to allow the achievement of current and future objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial or finance.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services.
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
- Understanding and application of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections, property valuation, credit mediation, security requirements and credit checking.
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity in all working relationships.
