Job Description

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Marketing & Events Officer to bring our education brands to life through engaging events, targeted promotional campaigns, and strategic campus activations.

You will be working across a diverse portfolio of brands, including SAE University College, ACAP University College, Navitas Skilled Futures, Charles Sturt University - Sydney & Melbourne, and Women and Leadership Australia.

The role involves supporting marketing and lead generation initiatives that connect prospective students with our programs. This includes coordinating open days and expos, managing campus activations, producing promotional content, and collaborating with colleagues in brand, schools, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing campus events, including open days, information sessions, workshops, and student recruitment activities
  • Assisting with coordination of external school career expos, community events, and industry activations
  • Managing event logistics, such as scheduling, venue bookings, catering, materials, and budget tracking
  • Developing and implementing creative campus marketing strategies to build brand visibility
  • Coordinating online and offline promotional campaigns targeting prospective students
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop content for promotional materials
  • Supporting campus tours and applicant interviews where required
  • Fostering relationships with student groups, faculty, and support teams to coordinate joint events
  • Acting as a key liaison between campus teams and divisional marketing
  • Collecting and reporting feedback from students and staff on marketing activities and campus experiences
  • Tracking performance of events and campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Monitoring competitor and industry activity in your local market
