Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Manager to lead the delivery of our precinct activation strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the identity and vibrancy of our city campus.

  • Lead the design and delivery of annual engagement plans.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of activation initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations.

The successful candidate will have extensive management expertise and relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, student services, and site activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student and staff experience on campus.
  • Supervise a team to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Cultivate and manage key partnerships with senior University officials, industry executives, and community leaders.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training, or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs, policies, or initiatives related to stakeholder engagement and student services.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
