Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and store goods accurately and efficiently, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Prepare orders for shipment, selecting items by batch and ID/kit numbers, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Perform physical tasks such as packing, unpacking, and labeling shipments using Cencora World Courier packaging products.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of materials characteristics, including expiration dates, lot numbers, patient kits, and temperature conditions.
  • Be trained to perform activities related to shipments, such as picking, packaging preparation, packing, and labeling.
Commercial Operations
  • Follow procedures for processing commercial products in the warehouse, applicable to various environments, including cold chambers and vaults.
  • Support Commercial initiatives by streamlining processes to gain efficiencies in the warehouse.
  • Complete assigned reporting, cross-check, and verification checks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Pick, pack, prepare, and verify products for shipping.
  • Process inbound, outbound, and return shipments for Commercial operations.
Additional Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Participate in an on-call rotational roster 24/7 with the logistics team to provide in-person attendance for emergency shipments.
  • Work in various temperature-controlled environments, including +15 to +25°C, +2 to +8°C, and -20 to -30°C.
  • Contribute to scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processes.
