Product Knowledge and Support

• Stay up-to-date on our product range and industry standards by attending training sessions and workshops.

• Use this knowledge to advise customers and make informed decisions by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Continuously improve product knowledge to stay ahead in the industry by staying updated on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales consulting and consulting skills in the steel industry.
  • Proven pipeline, strong communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with steel products and the construction industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
