The role of Fabrication Division Manager involves overseeing key client relationships and negotiating contracts in Western Australia. This dynamic work environment offers a fresh entrepreneurial approach to the industry.

As a high-performing sales focused leader, you will drive and grow the IPC steel fabrication division in the Western Australian market. Your business acumen will enable you to achieve set objectives and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day-to-day operations of the steel fabrication division meet the highest safety standards.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximize opportunities.
  • Manage staff, equipment, and consumables in the workshop and on-site installations.
  • Maintain an accurate quote register and convert quotes to sales orders.
  • Prepare professional tenders and quotations, and follow up timely.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor variations to contracts in progress.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record and over 15 years experience in sales and management in the Western Australian steel fabrication market.
  • Strong analytical and technical background.
  • A methodical and systematic approach to the marketplace with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and estimation software.
  • Exceptional communication and computer skills, combined with professional presentation.
