Job Title: Luxury Jewellery Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our luxury jewellery sales team as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the luxury jewellery sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be a confident communicator, tech-savvy, and able to adapt to new systems and processes. As a team player, you will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and departments to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting and consulting with them on their jewellery needs
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collection, including materials, design details, and craftsmanship
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience at all times, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression
