About Kincare

We're seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator - Home Care Specialist to play a vital role in supporting elderly individuals in the community.

This permanent full-time position offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule each week, working autonomously from home and within the community. You will visit customers in their homes across Wollongong and the Sutherland Shire regularly.

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • Previous experience in community-based care management (desirable)
  • Experience with Home Care Packages (desirable)
  • A current driver's licence
  • A reliable vehicle with minimum Third Party insurance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Advocacy skills to ensure clients' needs are met

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
