This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment professional. We are seeking an individual with expertise in HSEQ topics to provide leadership, direction, and support across our operational sites.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing practical HSEQ guidance, coordination, and support across the business. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Integrated Management Systems, lead HSEQ improvement projects, and facilitate incident reporting, investigation, and resolution.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HSEQ guidance, coordination, and support across the business
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Integrated Management Systems
- Lead HSEQ improvement projects and risk management activities on-site
- Facilitate incident reporting, investigation, and resolution
- Monitor trends in HSEQ data and drive corrective actions
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role within manufacturing or industrial environments. You should hold a Cert IV WHS (or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety) and possess in-depth knowledge of WHS legislation. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as well as experience in Return to Work Coordination and incident investigation. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be desirable.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role
- Cert IV WHS (or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety)
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Return to Work Coordination and incident investigation experience
