  • Lead enhancements in systems and processes that contribute to patient safety and quality results using clinical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Support innovative approaches to delivering safe healthcare through quality improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with professional groups to implement programs that elevate patient safety, quality, and risk management.
About You:
  • A registered nurse or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate OR an appropriate qualification in an Allied Health discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in managing substantial projects to successful outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting complex concepts publicly.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience post-registration.
