Improvement Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as an Improvement Program Facilitator.

This role involves shaping and supporting initiatives that enhance patient, family, carer, and staff experiences across the district.

You will lead and support improvement projects in collaboration with stakeholders, combining your clinical care background with engagement skills and a drive for quality improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement improvement initiatives across the district.
  • Collaborate with health services and stakeholders to co-design improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder partnership.
  • Support district partnering committees and associated working parties.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health discipline and recent, relevant clinical experience.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and capacity for travel within the region.
