Key Role Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team, responsible for the successful execution and performance of complex contract agreements across capital projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing contract administration and technical support for the company
  • Developing and implementing robust systems and processes for efficient contract administration
  • Providing expert advice to contract managers and administrators on contract administration best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records of business activities
  • Analyzing contract performance data to generate regular reports on key performance indicators and expenditure
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration/management in an infrastructure or construction project environment
  • Knowledge and experience in managing capital works contract agreements
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • A sound understanding of probity and conflicts of interest
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
