Job Overview
  • The primary role is to support the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Develop and approve surveys, quotes, or proposals related to customer agreements.
  • Negotiate amendments, variations, and change proposals to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract changes to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a register of contract information for reference purposes.
  • Provide advice on contractual matters, liabilities, indemnities, and insurance to stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review commercial issues, performance metrics, and invoicing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in negotiations and develop pro-forma documents to streamline contract execution.
  • Assist with risk management plans and enforce contractual rights to mitigate potential risks.
  • Train personnel on contractual matters and develop training materials to enhance knowledge sharing.
