The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of assigned programs, services, and initiatives within Primary Health Care.
This involves working closely with the leadership team to implement multiple projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient-centered, community-based primary health care programs and services within their zone.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health discipline or related field principles and have a minimum of three to five years' recent experience in a healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with professionals and community individuals to advance primary health care initiatives.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to support the advancement of patient-centered primary health care programs and services.
- Maintaining open communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate excellent judgement, tact, creativity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
Requirements
Baccalaureate degree from a health discipline or related field.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' recent and related progressive leadership experience in a health care setting.
A strong track record of developing and implementing effective strategies to support the advancement of patient-centered primary health care programs and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with professionals and community individuals.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 75 hours bi-weekly. The successful candidate can expect a challenging and rewarding role that makes a real difference in the lives of patients and communities.
Shifts include days, nights, and weekends, providing flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
