This includes inspiring and guiding a team of aged care assessors who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality assessments and outcomes for clients, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining strong community connections, and traveling within your region to stay hands-on with occasional assessments.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing, remote team with compassion and clarity
- Ensure quality assessments and outcomes for clients

- Travel within your region and stay hands-on with occasional assessments
- Proven leadership experience, especially with remote teams
- Relevant qualifications in nursing, OT, physio, social work, speech therapy, dietetics, or exercise physiology
- Passion for aged care and client-centered service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- AHPRA registration (or equivalent), a valid driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle
