Lead Aged Care Assessment Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience, especially with remote teams
  • Relevant qualifications in nursing, OT, physio, social work, speech therapy, dietetics, or exercise physiology
  • Passion for aged care and client-centered service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • AHPRA registration (or equivalent), a valid driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle
