Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality on site and lead the quality team to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
  • Supervise a team of 4 and maintain and update quality systems to meet regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate cooperation between departments for system implementation and manage approved documents systems.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions based on critical observations.
  • Develop and oversee validation plans for equipment and systems.
  • Lead the quality team and provide training where possible.
  • Evaluate batch records and coordinate and control all activities of the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of TGA and GMP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
