Key Responsibilities- Provide information on planning and development through our customer service channels.
- Prepare reports and determinations on development applications and subdivision certificates.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare supporting documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback on development matters.
- Respond to enquiries from customers, stakeholders, and other parties.
- Meet statutory timeframes and contribute to the efficient delivery of development services.
- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning (or nearing completion).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of relevant Acts, statutory planning processes, and customer service delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Class C Driver's Licence.
