Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of existing retailer accounts in Australia/New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic selling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and issues
  • Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or account management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
