Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and improve overall performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, particularly in surface and underground mining equipment.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, Can bus, and low-voltage electrical diagnostics.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
