We are currently seeking suitably experienced Drilling Operations Manager to join our team in Western Australia and across the country.

The Role:
Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage drilling operations, ensuring safety & quality standards are met while delivering high productivity; providing technical support to the Project Supervisors.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Safety Compliance
- Implement and enforce safety processes, promoting a culture of safety awareness and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor operational performance, analyse and present data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Client Collaboration
- Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong working relationships.
Equipment Reliability
- Working with the Maintenance Team to ensure high maintenance availability, productivity and efficient operation of drilling equipment.
Budget Management
- Work closely with the project and finance teams to manage and optimize operational budgets effectively.
Job Essentials
The ability to meet pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening, medical and police clearance is required.
- Proven experience in drilling operations and management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of drilling equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good industry network and passion for developing new business
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Current Manual Driver's License
- Australian or NZ residents - Full working rights in Australia
