Salesforce Healthcare Solution Architect

About the Role
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solutions architecture.
  • Design secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR, HL7, and Australian healthcare privacy standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with electronic medical record (EMR)/electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare platforms.
About You
  • Proven Salesforce Health Cloud experience at an architecture level (mandatory).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance frameworks, and integration standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • EMR/EHR system integration (e.g. Epic, Cerner, Allscripts).
  • Broad digital health transformation projects in public or private healthcare.
  • Multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience + Health Cloud).
